If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return your product to us within 14 days of purchase. You will need to call or email us to be given a RMA number first. Returns without RMA numbers will by automatically rejected at our returns warehouse. Once received and examined your purchase will be refunded provided it is returned in the condition it was sent in (with no damage or parts missing). You are responsible for the postage costs back to us. Please return in the original packaging to avoid damage. Please remove all passwords and data prior to shipping back to us.

Warranty is provided by TDR Computers for a minimum of 6 months. There may be an additional product warranty provided by us (See bottom of specifications), on a product by product basis. Please refer to our guarantee conditions here
